HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1578 ORDINANCE N0. 1578 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A RE-APPLICATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION/SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO STEVE CAPE LOCATED AT THE ADDRESS OF 707 SOUTH MAIN STREET, CANTON, ILLINOIS. WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Canton has determined upon review at a meeting held on March g, 1998 that it is necessary and in the best interest of the City of Canton to grant a re-application permit upon the request of Steve Cape. WHEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar determination. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows: 1. That a new license for Home Occupation/Special Use Permit be issued to Steve Cape of 707 South Main, Canton Illinois, for limited manufacturing services (building traps and shepherd hooks) for a period of 24 months. 2. That granting of the original license was January 22, 1992; and first renewal April 12, 1994, second renewal January 16, 1996 at the City Clerk's office. 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediatley upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 7th day of April 1998, upon a roll call vote as follows: AYES : A]-dermeci Phillips , Sarff , r'~eade , Niidfger, May , Shores .
