IN ATTENDANCE:
Mayor McDowell, Commissioner Doug Manock, City Clerk Diana Pavley-Rock, Ryan Watson-
owner of Watty's, Randy Williams-Manager of Watty's.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion and second were made to approve the minutes from the previous liquor commission
meeting.
The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE ON AN APPLICATION FOR A CLASS A TAVERN LICENSE FOR
RYAN D. WATSON, D/B/A WATTY'S.
The application was reviewed, and Commissioner Manock asked what the plans were for the
outdoor beer garden. Ryan Watson explained that the structure will be an outdoor beer garden
as a single level structure.
Further discussion took place regarding the gaming area. City Clerk Diana Pavley Rock said that
she has not received an application for amusement machines or the video gaming machines.
An application and fee will need to be paid prior to being authorized to using the machines.
The certificate of liquor liability insurance and the surety bond will be provided once the
Council approves the license.
Motion and second were made by Commissioner Manock/McDowell to approve the class A
tavern license for Watty's.
The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
