ORDINANCE NO. 1532
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL USE/HOME OCCUPATION
PERMIT FOR SHARON KAY ROSS FOR SMALL INVENTORY SALES AT 550
NORTH SECOND AVENUE, CANTON, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of January 1997 the Planning and Zoning Commission did
recommend that Sharon Kay Ross be granted a Home Occupation Permit to operate a
small inventory sales shop in her residence at 550 North Second Avenue, Canton,
Illinois, and;
facility.
WHEREAS, there were no objections to the proposed small inventory sales
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois:
1. That the Council finds the foregoing recitals to be fact.
2. That in accordance with the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning
Commission, Sharon Kay Ross, is hereby granted a Home Occupation Permit to operate a
small inventory sales facility at her residence at 550 North Second Avenue, Canton,
Illinois.
3. That this ordinance shall be in effect immediately upon its passage by the City
Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approved by the Mayor
thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois at a
regular meeting on the 4th day of February1997, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen May, Shores, Meade, Nidffer, Phillips,
Sarff, Hartford, Molleck.
NAYS: None .
ABSENT: None .
