Mayor Fritz said he would like to move the executive session up before the consent agenda.
Motion and second were made by Aldermen Nelson/West to move the executive session up
before the consent agenda.
The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
Motion and second were made by Aldermen Nelson/Mayhew to adjourn into executive session
for personnel and negotiations.

ALDERMAN RYAN MAYHEW, CHAIRMAN
DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE ON THE GROUP MEDICAL AND DENTAL PLAN.
MOTION and second were made by Aldermen Mayhew/Hale to strike the Health Alliance vote
from last week and replace it with the BCBS proposal that was submitted with a zero percent
increase.
