A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE ANNUAL SALARY FOR ZONING
OFFICIAL, CLARK WILSON
WHEREAS, Negotiations, Grievance and Personnel Committee has determined
to increase the annual salary for Zoning Official, Clark Wilson; and,
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the Canton City Council hereby finds the foregoing recitals to be fact.
2. That the annual salary of Zoning Official, Clark Wilson, is hereby set at
$31,000.00 per year together with all benefits and emoluments thereto customarily
relating.
3. That this Resolution the salary and benefits set forth in paragraph 2 above, shall
be retroactive to and effective as of November 1, 1996.
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois and approval by the Mayor
thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and
approved by the Mayor thereof this 5 thday of November, 1996.
AYES: Aldermen May, Shores, Meade, Nidiffer, Phillips,
Sarff, Hartford.
NAYS: None .
ABSENT• Alderman Molleck.
