RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ONE (1) HANDICAP PARKING SPACE AT 61 WEST
ELM STREET, CANTON, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Streets and Garbage Committee has determined that it is necessary and
in the best interests of the citizens of Canton, Illinois to designate one (1) handicap parking space
at 61 West Elm Street in the City of Canton, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has made a similar determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CANTON, as follows:
1. That 61 West Elm Street be designated as one (1) handicap parking space pursuant to §9-
10-2(R) of the Canton Municipal Code and is subject to all rules and regulations of the
Canton Municipal Code as well as Chapter 625 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois this 6th day of
February , 2007.
The vote was taken by voice vote, and was tmaniznous .
