RESOLUTION NO. 3333
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELEASE OF CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE
SESSION MINUTES.
WHEREAS, the Legal and Ordinance Committee of the City of
Canton has determined that it is necessary and in the best
interest of the City of Canton to release the City Council
executive session minutes so they may be made a part of public
record; and,
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar
determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the following executive session minutes of the
Canton City Council from July 5, 1995 through June 18, 1996 but
not including December 5, 1995; January 16, 1996; February 6,
1996; May 7, 1996; and, June 18, 1996.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make the
above referenced executive session minutes available to the public
for inspection and/or review.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 2nd day of July,
1996, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen May, Shores, Meade, Nidiffer, Phillips,
Sarff, Hartford, Molleck,
NAYS: None,
ABSENT: None.
