A RESOLUTION FOR RE-APPLICATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION SPECIAL USE
PERMIT FOR EDWARD L. GOODWIN AT THE ADDRESS OF 345 NORTH 7th AVENUE,
CANTON, ILLINOIS.
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Canton
has determined upon review at a meeting held on March 11, 1996 that
it is necessary and in the best interest of the City of Canton to
grant a re-application permit upon the request of Edward L. Goodwin.
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar
determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That a new license for Home Occupation Special Use Permit
be issued to Edward L. Goodwin of 345 North 7th Avenue, Canton,
Illinois, for automotive and furniture upholstery business for a
period of 24 months.
2. That granting of the original license as October 1993•
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois at a regular meeting this ~.nd day of April, lgg6, upon
a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Molleck, Hartford, Sarff, Meade, Nidiffer, Shores,
May.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Alderman Phillips.
