RESOLIITION N0. 3302
A RESOLIITION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF CLARE WILSON, JR. TO
THE POSITION OF ZONING OFFICIAL
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Canton has appointed Clark
Wilson, Jr. to the position of Zoning Official for the City of
Canton; and,
WHEREAS, it is incumbant upon the City Council to give its
advice and consent to such appointment and, further, to fix the
salary and emoluments of office for the fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the Canton City Council hereby finds the foregoing
recitals to be fact.
2. That the Mayoral appointment of Clark Wilson, Jr. to the
position of Zoning Official for the City of Canton is hereby
approved with an effective date of January 2, 1996.
3. That said appointee, for the current fiscal year, shall
be paid the salary of $30,000.00, together with all other
emoluments and entitlements which normally and customarily attend
such position.
L,,. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage.

County, Illinois at its regular meeting this 2nd day of January,
1996 upon a roll call vote as follows:
