RESOLUTION NO. 3 3 85
A RESOLUTION GRANTING WAIVER REGARDING LAKE LOT LEASE
WHEREAS, the existing lake lot lease contains a prohibition for occupancy of
leased property by other than family members; and,
WHEREAS, Sally Franciskovich desires to acquire a leased lot (Lot 12
Northshore Addition) for use by her sister, Sandra Fulton until her sister is able to secure
financing for said property on her own; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that occupancy of lease property by a sister should be
deemed family and therefore permissible but all parties desire that the determination be
formalized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That a waiver be granted, if one be necessary, to SALLY FRANCISKOVICH
and SANDRA FULTON for occupancy as outlined for Lot 12, Northshore Addition by
SANDRA FULTON.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Canton, Illinois are hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver said agreement on behalf of the City of
Canton.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval by
the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, at a
regular meeting this 1st day of July 1997 upon a roll call vote as
follows:
AYES: Aldermen Hartford, Molleck, Phillips, Meade, Nidiffer,
Mai.
NAYS• Aldermen Sarf f , Shores ,
ABSENT: None .
