Mayor Jennings called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. Present for roll call: Aldermen Iiupe, Howard, Farr, Wilcoxen, Hurst, Sepich, Edwards, Weak, Cook, Yerbic, Fulton, and Kovachevich. Alderman 3erry arrivin:. in Council Charm':-per 6:32 P. A. Absent: Alderman Spencer. Pledge of Allegiance was followed by invocation by Alderman Edwards.
