AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1365 PROVIDING FOR AN ANNiTAL
SALARY FOR THE CITY TREASDRER OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton has
determined that it is in the best interest of the City of Canton
that Ordinance No. 1365 setting the annual salary for the City
Treasurer, be amended to read as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Beginning May 1, 1993, the City Treasurer of the City of
Canton, Illinois shall receive an annual salary of $18,000.00.
2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton,
Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
