Mayor °roods called the meeting; to order at 5:30 P. M. Present for roll call: . Aldermen Rusnakj, Howard, Farr, Svob, Jacobs, Sepich, Long, Ellis, Yerbic, Danner, and George. Absent because of illness: Aldermen Skinner, Kroell, and Spencer. Pledge of Allegiance was followed by Prayer by Alderman Danner. Motion by Alderman Ell;iq, seconded by Alderman Yerbic to accept the minutes of the previous meeting; and place same on file. Carried by voice vote. Bills for December, 196 Alderm n Long moves, Alderman Svob seconds motion that all bills properly a,-)proved be all.owed .for payment. Roll call vote. Mayor Uoods announced a meeting of members of the ACI, Park Board, School Board, Township officials and City officials, Jan. 16, 1969, 7:00 P. M-, Wallace Park -to make arrangements for celebration of the Canton Works International Harvester Co. fiftieth. anniversary. Ins. Ozzie Larlgfelter, resident engineer for the Crawford, lurphy and. Tilly Eng- ineering Firm reported that the Division 9A and 9B sewer construction work was progressing nicely. Alderman Farr inquired about the blacktopping on ',test Vine Street. 1r. Langfelter stated that he had requested Mr. Skaggs several_ times to place this material on West Vine Street. Alderman Yerbic moves, Alderman Ellis seconds motion to adjourn. Voice vote. Carried.
