Canton City Council held a -Special Council meeting on Dec. 9, 1968 in
the City Council Chamber. Mayor Woods called the meeting to order at
4:30 P. M. Present for Roll Call: Aldermen Rusnak-, Howard., 'Farr., Svob.,
Jacobs, Sepich, Long, Ellis, Kroell., Spencer, Yerbic, Danner., and George.
Absent: Alderman Skinner.
Pledge of Allegiance was followed by Prayer by Alderman Danner.
Letter read from Mayor W. Paul Woods to City Clerk Crawford of a call for
SDecial Council meeting to be held on Dec. 9, 1968, 4:30 P. M. in the City
Council Chamber.
Copy of letter addressed to all City of Canton Aldermen advising them of
the Special Council meeting, Dec. 9., 1968, 4:30 P.' 11. in the City Council
Chamber called by the Mairor, W. Paul Woods,read.

by Alderman Lon,, seconded by Alderman Jacobs to ado-pt this Resolution. Roll
call vote. A- : Aldermen George, Danner, Yorbic, Spencer., Kroell, Ellis,
Long, Sepich., Jacobs, Svob, Farr, Howard, and Rusnak. HAY: None, This being
Resolution No. 494.
