W-EfiEAS, the Legal and Ordinance Committee of the Canton
City Council has determined that it is necessary and in the best
interest of the citizens of Canton, Illinois to repeal Title 3,
Chapter 12 of the Canton Municipal Code; and,
VWENFAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois has made a similar determination.

CITY OF G41Yi'QV, Fulton County, I I I inois as follows:
1. That Title 3, Chapter 12 of the Canton Municipal Code is
hereby repealed.
2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this .4th day of August,
1992, upon a roll call vote as follows:
