W-EFZEAS, THe Canton City Council has determined that it is in
the best interest of the citizens of the City of Canton to acquire
said real property.

CITY of G4NITaV, Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that it is necessary, appropriate
and desirable that the City of Canton acquire fee simple title to
and possession of the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Number 16 in Marshall and Fisher's First Addition to
the City of Canton, situated in the County of Fulton and
State of Illinois.
Common Address: 504 South Fifth Avenue
Canton, Illinois 61520
2. That the above described real property lies wholly within
the corporate limits of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois.
3. That the City of Canton, through its City Attorney,
acquire the fee simple title to and possession of the above
described real property. And, that the aforesaid City Attorney is
hereby authorized, empowered and instructed to institute
proceedings to acquire fee simple title to and possession of the
above described real property in accordance with the laws of the
State of Illinois.
4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor
thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
OOunty, Illinois, at a regular meeting this 16th day of June,
1992, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: ~der~z May, Meade, Bohlen, Steck, Sarff, Molleck.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Alderman Coay. Alderman Barnett resigned.
