W-fEI~EAS, the Lega I and Ordinance Conmi ttee of the Canton
City Council has determined that it is necessary and in the best
interest of the citizens of Canton, Illinois to amend Title 8,
Chapter 11 of the Canton Municipal Code; and,
W-EAEAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois has made a similar determination.

1. That Title 8, Chapter 11, Section 7.5 (2) of the Canton
Municipal Code shall be amended, to read as follows:
"2. Camping fees, payable in advance, shall be:
No Electricity Without Air With Air
Conditioning Conditioning
Daily Rate $4.00 $ 5.00 $ 6.00
The above camping rates shall apply with the following discounts:
1 day free if camper stays one full week
1 week free if camper stays one full month"
2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, approval by the Mayor thereof,
and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this lit- day of
