Present: Aldermen Martin, 11oward, Chas. Aright, Staley, Jones, Wm. Wright, Shelby Wright, Gibbons, Hill, 3erry, AnKer, and George. Alderman Long arriving at 7:23 P. M. Absent: Alderman Herbener. The Kedge of Allegiance was followed by nrayer by AlCorman Howard.
