W-EREA.S, the Lake, Buildings and Grounds Committee of the
Canton City Council has determined that it is necessary and in
the best interest of the citizens of Canton, Illinois to amend
Title 8, Chapter 11 of the Canton Municipal Code; and,
V41-EREAS, the City Counc i l of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois has made a similar determination.

CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That Title 8, Chapter 11, Section 7.5 (2) of the Canton
Municipal Code shall be amended, to read as follows:
"2. Camping fees, payable in advance, shall be:

Daily Rate
Weekly Rate
Monthly Rate
$4.00

Conditioning

$90.00
The above rates reflect the following discounts:
1 day free if camper stays one full week
1 week free if camper stays one full month"

2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
im~r~ediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, approval by the Mayor thereof,
and publication in pamphlet form as provided by la~v.
