onened on July- 5th, and the motion carried by a viva voce vote.
The annual Appropriation Ordinance 19 '5-191�'6, was read the seconr� time.
It was moved by Alderman I>mith, seconded by Alde^man Cook, to adopt tl)e Ord'-nance.
