Feb. 15, 1955.
A regular meeting of the City Council held this day convening at the hour of
7:00 P. M. with Mayor "oods Presiding. Roll call showed -the following; present:
tlderman 6ebree, Duncan, Moore, "undry, Piiller, Smith, Linder, Skinner, Coleman,
Cook, Staley and Klobuch,.,r. libsent : None.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and stood approved as read.
Ordinance "Allocation of Fere*,.gn Fire insurance Tax" was read the first time.
It was moved by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alc:ierman Staley, to suspend the rules.
Roll call vote: AYE: Alderman Sebree Duncan, Moore, Lundry, Miller, Smith, Linder,
Skinner, Coleman, Cook, Staley and tlobuch�.i.r. NAY: None. It was moved by Alderman
Smith, seconded by /Alderman Staley to Place the `"rdinance on its passage. Roll-call
vote: AYE: Alderman Sebree, Azncan, Moore, Lundry, Miller, Smith, Linder, Skinner,
Coleman, Cook, Staley and Alobuchar. NAY : None. The chair declared the motion carried
and ordinance rassed, being Ordinance No. -2-

" Ordinance "Sick-leave and Vacation I'ay" was read the first time. It was moved
by Alderman Staley, seconded by -Iderman Cook, to suspend the rules. Roll call vote:
AYW: Alderman Sebree, Iuncan, Moored Lundry, 1"filler, Smith, Linder, Sj.inner, Coleman,
Cook, Staley and "lobuchar. WIY: None. It was then moved by Alderman Staley, seconded
by Alderman Cook, to ?dace the ordinance on its passage. Roll call vote : AYE: Alderman
Sebree, Duncan, Moore, Lundry, Miller, Smith, Linder, Skinner, Coleman, Cook, Stales
and Klobuchar. NAY: Bone. The chair declared the motion carried and Ordinance passed,
being Ordinance
Ordinance "Relating to `frailer Coach Parks" was read the first time.
it was moved by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Duncan, the 1"ayor and City
Clerk enter into contract with the Lock Aotor Go. , for a Police car. Roll call vote:
XYE: Anderman Sebree, Duncan, Moore, L,_indry, i"liller, Smith, Linder, Skinner, Coleman,
Cook, Staley and "lobuchar. NAY: none.
On motion of `'lderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Moore, the meeting adjourned.
