M. with Mayor Woods presiding. Roll call showed the following t�resent: Alderman Sebree, Duncan, Moore, Lundry, Smith, Linder, Skinner, Tink, Coleman, Coop, Staley, Klobuchar. Absent: Alderman Miller and Puskarich. Minutes of the nrevi.ous meeting; were read and stood approved as read. Communication from the Fire Chief requested additional help during vacation period. On motion of alderman Moore, seconded by Alderman Linder, the matter was referred to the Sewer & Water Committee for consideration to report back at the next meet inS. Ordinance "Local Improvement of Section 53-B" was read for the second time It was moved by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Moore, to place the ordinance on its passage. Roll call vote: AYE: Alderman Sebree, Duncan, Moore, Lundry, Smith, Linder, Skinner, Tink, Coleman, Cook, Staley and Klobuchar. NAY: None. The chair declared the ordinance passed, being Ordinance No. 202. �. t Ordinance "Local improvement of Section 53-C" was read the second time. It e was moved by Alderman Linder, seconded by Alderman Cook, to place the ordinance on its passage. The chair declared the ordinance passed, being Ordinance No. 203. Ordinance "Local Improvement 53-D" was read the second time. It was moved by Alderrman Klobuchar, seconded by Alderman C&lema.n, to place the ordinance on its passage. Roll call vote: AYE: Alderman 'ebree, Auncan, Moore, Lundry, smith, Linder, Skinner, Tink, Coleman, Cook, Staley, and Klobuchar. NAY: None. It was moved by Alderman Lundry, seconded by Alderman Moore, to place the Ordinance on its passage. It was moved by Alderman Klobuchar, seconded by Alderman Cook, to place the ordinance on its pass- age. The chair declared the Ordinance passed being Ordinance No. 208. Ordinance "Salary-Chief Onerater, Water Plant" was read for the first time. NAY: Alderman Duncan and Lundry. The chair declared the motion carried. It was moved by Alderman Stale,, seconded by Alderman Smith, to- place the ordinance on its passage. Roll call vote; AYE: Alderman Sebree, Moore, Smith, Linder, Skinner, Tink, Coleman, Cook, Staley, Klobuchar. NAY: Alderman Duncan and Lundry. The chair declared the Ordinance passed, being Ordinance No. 209. Ordinance "Salary-City Attorney" was read for the first time. it was moved by Alderman Linder, seconded by Alderman Coleman, to suspend the rules. Roll call vote: aye; Alderman Sebree, Moore, Smith, Linder, Skinner, Tink, Coleman, Cook, Staley and Klobuchar. NAY: Alderman Duncan and Lundry. .The chair declared the motion carried and rules suspended. NAY: Alderman Duncan and Lundry. The chair declared the Ordinance passed, being Ordinance No.210. The Grandmothers Club were granted permiosion to erect tents for eating purposes during J-C. Home Show, on motion of Alderman lobuchar, seconded by Alderma to ey. On motion of Alderman Moore, seconded by Alderman Coleman, bids received for seal-coating, were opened and read. It was moved by Alderman Lundry, sec- onded by Alderman Duncan, the bids be left to lay over until the next meeting and the committee to report back at that time. On motion of Alderman Moore, seconded by Alderman Klobuchar, the meeting then adjourned. City Clerk
