On motion of Alderman Moore, seconded by Alderman Linder, the reports were accepted and ordered placed on file. Alderman Staley comes in. � Ur,r Resolution transferring : 81000.00 from the Uarbage Disposal Fun:: to the General Fund, was on motion of Alderman Moore, seconded by Alderman Linder, adopted b„ the following vote: 11aYE: Alderman Sebree, Duncan, Moore, Lundry, Miller, Linder, Skinner, Coleman, Staley, Klobuchar and Puskarich. NAY: None. The chair declared the motion carried. Ordinance entitled "Annexation of certain Territory to the City of Canton" was read for the second time. It was moved by Alderman Linder, seconded by Alderman Klobuch3r, to place the ordinance on its passage. Roll call vote: AYE: Alderman Sebree, Duncan, Moore, Lundry, Miller, Linder, Skinner, Coleman, Klobuchar and Puskarich. NAY: Alderman Staley. The chair declared the motion carried and the Ordinance passed, being ordinance No.196. Ordinance entitled "Cost of Tanning, Permit." was read for the second time. It was moved by Alderman Linder, seconded by Alderman Moore, to place the Ordinance on its passage. Roll call vote: AYT: Alderman Sebree, :uncan, Moore, Lundry, Miller, Linder, Skinner, Coleman, St,ley, K1 obuch� r and P skari_ch. The chair declared the motion carried, and Ordinance passed, being; Ordinance"No. 197. " Ordinance entitled "Ordinance prepared and transmitted and its passage recommended by the Board of Local mprovements of th6 City of Canton, Illinois, providing for th local improvement of certain portions of Keeling, Jounson Court, Cass Place, forth r' Avenue D„ and `vest Snruce Street in the City of Canton, rorming a connected system of pavement and designated "Canton Paving Improvement Number 53-A", was read the first time.
