M. with Mayor Woods presiding. Roll call showed the following present: Alderman Sebree, Blackaby, Moore, Jones, Skinner, Linder, Hand, Tink, Cook, St. Clair and Klobuehar. Absent: Alderman Terpening. R'd were allowed and ordered paid when funds are available. The following officers reports were submitted for the month: Chief of Police; City Engineer; Supt. of Streets; Bldg. Comm.; Water & Sewer Dent; City Treasurer; Plumbing Inenectorp Water Treatment Plant; Sewer Treatment Plant. On motion of Alderman St . Clair, seconded by Alderman Jones, the reports were accented and ordered placed on file. An Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Regulating axdt the Aceeptance of Subdivi- sions" was read for the first time. Alderman Jones is excused. An Ordinance entitled "Regulating Traffic-loads" was read for the first time. It was moved by Alderman Sebree, seconded by Alderman St . Roll call vote: AYE: Alderman Sebree, Blackaby, Moore, Skinner, Linder, Hand, Tink, Cook, St. Clair and Klobuchar. It was moved by Alderman St. Clair, seconded by Alderman Moore, the council r^cess to draw for offices where tie vote occured, and the motion carried by a viva voce vote. Alderman Klobuchar is excused. Alderman Blackaby leaves. iTnon re-convening the results of�.Jig drawing was announced as follows: For 4-yr term. Alderman, Third Ward,/Barry M Smith was nominated by draw. For Ward Committ^eman, 5th Ward, 01tizens party, Ethan Snively was nom. by draw. For Ward Committeeman, 6th Ward, Citizens party, Frank Campbell was nom. by draw. It was moved by Alderman Moore, seconded by Alderman Skinner, the reaults of the drawing be accepted and made a part of the election records in the minutes of the couacll proceedings. Roll call vote: AYE: Alderman Sebree, Moore, Skinner, Linder, Hand, Tink, Cook, St. Clair. NAY: none. The chair declared the motion carried. On motion of Alderman Moore, seconded by Alderman Tink, the ebolng then adjourned.. City Cle
