ORDINANCE N0. 1394
AN ORDINANCE ABATING ALL OF THE BOND LEVY FOR THE YEARS 1993-1998
FOR SPECIAL SERVICE AREA #3 BOND 3H
WHEREAS, the City of Canton has by Ordinance No. 850
previously authorized the issue of $1,697.02 principal amount
Special Service Area #3 Bonds 3H; and,
WHEREAS, the balance of this bond has been prepaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That the balance of $540.00 for the levy years 1993-1998
is hereby abated.
2. That all other levies are hereby reaffirmed and ratified.
3. That the City Clerk shall certify a copy of this Ordinance
to the Fulton County Clerk as and for said Clerk's authority to
abate $5/0.00 of said levy.
4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this ~_ day of July, 1993,
upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Chapman, May, Bohler, Meade, Sarff, Phillips, Molleck,
Coay .
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
