BE 1'r ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THL' CITY OF CAIv7TON, II,LITdOIS:
Section l. That permission and authority is hereby granted the National
Bank of Canton, Canton, Illinois, to block off three (3) Parking Meters on
the East side of South Main Street, South of Elm Street, and immediately
ad�acent to the Bank for the purpose of serving the r'walk-up drive-up window"
of said Bank during the following hours: From 7: 00 A. M. to 2:30 P. M. on
Mondays through Fridays, and from 7:00 A. M. to 12:00 noon on Saturdays.
Section 2. The permission and authority herein granted are upon the
express condition that the said Bank shall at a11 times supervise and oversee
the closing of said Parking Meters at the hours hereinbefore designated.
Section 3. All ordinances or any pa.rt of any ordinance thmt is in
conflict with the provisions laith this ordinance are and is hereby repealed
insofar as such conflict exists.
Section �,. This ordinance shall be in full force and effeet from and
after Ten (10) days after its passage anc� publication.
Passed by the City Council of tYie City of Canton, Illinois, and approved
by the Mayor at a regul.ar meeting held on the _�� day of September, A. D.
