WHEREFORE, it appears that on the aecond day of November,
A. D. , 1959, there was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Canton,
Illinois, a verified Petition signed by all of the owners of record and also by
all the electors residing in the territory hereinafter described requesting
that said territory be annexed to the City of Canton, Illinois.
AND WHEREAS, said territory is not within the corporate limits
of any muncipality and it is contiguous to the said City of Canton, Illinois;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CANTON, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That the following described territory:

33, situated in EVERGREEN ESTATES, a sub-diviaion of part of �
the Northwest Quarter (NWl/4) and part of the Northeast Quarter
(NEl/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), all in Township Seven (7)
North, Range Four (4) East of the Fourth Principal Meridian,
Fulton County, Illinois, more fully described as follows:
