��, WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Can-
�h�" ton, Illinois, that the territory hereinafter described is not

uous to the City of Canton, Illinois; andP S �
It further appearing to the said Cit� Council that all elec
tors re�iding in said territory hereinafter described and the own
ers of record of all the land within said territory have requeste
that it be annexed to said City of Canton, as shown by the record
of this Coun.ty;
THEREFORE, BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF C.ANTON, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the territ�r� d�scribed as follows :
The North On.e Hun.dred (100) feet off of Lots
Eighteen (18) , �finet�en (].9) aiid Twenty, (20)
in Ri�ard' s Addition in the Township of`Can-
ton, ounty of Fulton, and State of Illinois;

` Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and

City of Canton, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor of said Cit9.
PASSED by a two-thirds "aye" and "no" vote of the City
Council and approved by the Mayor this 2nd. da� of June, 1964.
