RE: Village Square Subdivision
Vacation of Street
Dear Jim:
Find enclosed copy of a driveway easement which we have
recorded in Fulton County. We have received word from the
assessor's office that the driveway easement cannot be issued
because they have no record of the street indicated on the Exhibit
B plat lying East of Lot 5 being vacated.
Would you please furnish me with the appropriate documents so
that we can get this matter resolved?
Thanking you in advance, I remain,
Sincerely,
