SECTION 5. That any person who shall be convicted of a viola-
tion of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shallbe punished by
a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more .than $200.00.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten days
after its passage by the Council, approval by the Mayor and publica-
tion according to law.
