ORDINANCE No. �/�
(An ordinance authorizing and directing the sale of personal property (to-wit,
two motor vehicles) owned by the City of Canton, Illinois)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
1. That two motor vehicles (to-wit, 1975 Plymouth autylomobiles) owned by the
C��f/ City of Canton, Illinois be sold to the highest bidder therefor at any general or
special auction sale held within the next 45 days from the date hereof.
2. That the Police Chief of this City shall araange the details of the sale
and sales herein contemplated and make written a�eport thereof to this Council
following the completion thereof.
PASSED by a three-fourths affirmative vote of the Corporate Authorities of the
City of Canton, Illinois and APPROVED by the Mayor thereof at a regular meeting
thereof this y�yl � day of December, 1976.
