DRAINAGE ISSUE AT 4T"AND CYPRESS
City Engineer Keith Plavec explained that a home owner called the City explaining that they had
water coming up around their home near 4th Avenue and Cypress. The fields (formerly the golf
course) drain to this area. The City has worked with developers and one of the biggest issues
that always come up was regarding the drainage. There is no easy solution to this. This is not
only a City issue but also a County/Township issue. All three will need to work together to
come up to a solution.
Leonard Barnard explained that the homeowner has a problem and he is not sure what the
solution would be, but admits there is definitely a problem.
City Engineer Keith Plavec explained that the City will need to complete a survey and come back
