A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH SYNERGETIC
TECHNOLOGIES FOR IT SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CANTON EFFECTIVE
MAY, 1 2026 TO APRIL 30,2027
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois (the "City") has determined
that it is necessary and in its best interest to enter into a services agreement with Synergetic
Technologies for IT services for the City of Canton, effective May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City hereby finds as fact the recitals set forth above and incorporates said recitals
herein as though fully set forth.
2. The Quote No. 931 from Synergetic Technologies (the "Quote"), attached hereto as
"Exhibit A,"for monthly IT Services is hereby APPROVED.
3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a services agreement
substantially consistent with the Quote, provided that the term of the Services Agreement
shall not exceed April 30, 2027.
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage by the
City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois at a regular meeting this 21s'
day of April, 2026 upon a roll call vote as follows:
