(A) Discuss Canton City Employee Health Insurance Coverage Options with Pat Taphorn.
(B) Recommendation to council to approve the Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance renewal rates
at a 15.5% increase for fiscal year beginning MAY 1, 2026 and ending April 30,2027.
