NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that there is hereby appropriated the sum of Nine and 3,5100 Fift9-Two Thov.eand Eight Hundred Eighty Dollars (~~ 52.889.35 )from funds allotted to the municipality under the Motor Fuel Tax Law for the payment of the above-described indebtedness, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the clerk is hereby directed to transmit three certified copies of this resolution to the Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Highways, Springfield, Illinois, through the office of the district engineer.
