A DJOURNMENT e QWON IeU2�e NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CANTON, FULTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS RENEWAL OF CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH COMCAST OF ILLINOIS/INDIANA/OHIO, LLC The City of Canton,Fulton County,Illinois,an Illinois Municipal Corporation(the"City"),hereby gives Notice of a Public Hearing to be held at 6:30 pm, Central Time, on October 15, 2024, at the Canton City Historic Train Depot, 50 N 4th Avenue, Canton, Illinois 61520, to provide interested parties an opportunity to comment on the proposed renewal of the Cable Television Franchise Agreement by and between the City and Comcast of Illinois/Indiana/Ohio, LLC ("Comcast") (hereinafter the "Franchise Agreement"). The City intends to vote to grant or deny the such proposal for the renewal of the Franchise Agreement at its regular meeting of the Canton City Council at 6:30 pm, Central Time, on October 15, 2024, at the Canton City Historic Train Depot, 50 N 4th Avenue, Canton, Illinois 61520. Interested persons are invited to provide comments regarding the Franchise Agreement either at the public hearing or by prior written statement. Written comments should be submitted to the City Clerk, Andrea J. Smith-Walters, 2 N. Main Street, Canton, IL 61520, no later than October 14,2024 in order to ensure placement of such comments in the official record of the public hearing proceedings.
