1. SJHEREA3, a public hearing was held by this Do3rd. on
the 22nd. day of December; 1961, at the hour of FIV~~ o'clock,
p. M., on the cuestion of the necessity for the prvpcsed ict-
proving of Linden Street, Lawrence Drive, Ha-Gra~Bl Drive,
Park Plaza Drive, and Parac Plaza Court by paving the same ax
described in the resolutions previously adopted and gassed by
this Board on the ']th. day of February, 1961, and on the 1:Ltc.
Bay of December, 161, and the estimate of cost oI Said improve:--
ment attached thereto, and all persons interested in said prc-•
posed improvements who desired to be heard having been heard,
an'd no sufficient reasons or objections having been given or
made to~the proposed iaprovemeat, and upon proo'S submitted, to
this Hoard, tats Board finds that good and cuffi'cient notices
of~said public hearing were given and mailed as required by
lar; w.d .

ment to originally described in.aaid resolutions passed by this
Board on the nth. day of February, 1961, and on the 11th.. day o''
December, 1961, and the estlmata of the cost off' the said imp^cv~-
meat and the=plans therefor attached to and made a part thereof,
be adhered to and that .the City of_Canton proceed with such im-
provement; and that this Boarrd tran8mit to the governing bod9 of
the municipality, to wit: the City Council of the amity of Canror.,
Illinois, its recommendation that the proposed imp~ovement.be u:~-i,-,
together with an ordinance therefor and .an eat~mate of test the:•~~~:
as prescribed by law, and this Board hereby approves the F~•cpc~:~.~
