RESOLUTION FOR MAINTENANCE OF ARTERIAL STREETS OR STATE HIGHWAYS
BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Ci~1:7- ~~ ~f the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period as given above,
submit to the Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Highways, on forms furnished by said Department, a cer-
tified statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in this appropriation; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the
Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Highways, through its district office at ~"~ ,
