2. Company will proceed with reasonable dispatch to extend its gas main in the
streets abutting such premises and to extend service pipes from said extension as provided by
Company's Gas Service Schedule Ill. C. C. No. l0E' on file with the Illinois Commerce Com-
mission.
ompany will furnish ~ public ut' yervice to any applicant for such serv-
ice glonq t to of such extensions an extens ereof, as provided by Company's Gas
Service Sche a Ill. C. C. No. lOP as a with the ois Commerce Commission. Through-

Payment of said refunds will be made to Second Party or to JS its heirs, devisees,
succea~ors or assigns, upon submission of proof satisfoctory to Company that such heirs,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the parties hereto have caused this agreement to be exe-
cuted in duplicate, in person or by its duly authorized officers, the day and year first above
