Because of specific requirements for the cells and for police department security, the team feels that it would be beneficial to hire Phillips and Associates to work with them during the planning of this move. Costs associated with replacing one of two water transmission mains from the Water Treatment Plant to the City were also addressed in the report. The method preferred is to continue on the Clean Lakes Program, attacking the problem in the lake and upstream in the water shed, proceeding with the siltation dam project, and the cleaning of the lake to hold more volume.
