(A condition is that off-street parking for 6 patron vehicles shall be provided) (A condition hereof is that there shall be no lighted signs displayed, no,outside storage and no sign of any description in excess of twelve square feet.) 206 South First Avenue which is located at the address of a boutique (i.e., Canton, Illinois may be utilized for the operation of for retail sales of fine wearing apparel, related accessories and miscellany) by Janet L. Little and Gary C. Little so long as ~i~~c6t they N~~h~YY~,bh~' theccselves operate and use said realty for ~t~i~~~~~ this j~~tlp~d~~~llc~tl p»rpose .and none other. 2. That this Resolution shall constitute a special use permit. and not a re-zoning of said realty. , 3. That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Fulton County Illinois Land Records. 4. That this Resol~•tion shall be in full force and effect upon and fro~^ its passage.
