BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Canton: SECTION 1. That the following sums of money, or as much as may be authorized by law, and as may be needed or deemed necessary to defray all necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Canton, Illinois, be and the same are hereby appropriated for the corporate purposes and objects of said City herein specified for the Fiscal Year of said City commencing on the First Tuesday in the month of May, 1977 and ending on the First Tuesday in the month of May, 1978. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be known as the "Annual Appropriation Ordiance" of the City of Canton, Illinos. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in effect ten days after its passage by the City Council, approval of tl~e Mayor and publication according to law.
