'~ W,.« ~ t •-- _~ ORDINANCE NO.~ AN ORDINANCE APPROVLNG A PLANNED USE DEVELQPMENT ON PROPERTY OF WAYNE AND'SHIRLEY CRU1"ILEY WHEREAS, it appears to .the City Council of .the City of Canton, Illinois that .the. .territory described in the exhibit attached hereto is owned by-Wayne and Shirley Czumley, 1135 S. Avenue C, Canton, Illinois, and that it is presently improved with five small frame. .houses, all in very poor repair, and the said Wayne and Shirley Crumley have made application to the City of Canton for the approval of a planned.-unit development of same as provided in Section 10- 13-1 et seq of the 1975 Canton City Code, and they have represented to the municipal authorities of the City of Canton-that they intend to raze each of the dwellings presently situated on the tract and to replace them with three or four two bedroom, frame, manufactured, one family dwellings each containing approximately one thousand square feet, .the completion of the improvements to be on or before December. 31, 1980, And it appears to the City Council that the proposal of Wayne and Shirley Crumley will provide new, desirable housing for the city and will eliminate blighted structures and a blighted area within the city, all being in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1. That. the application of Wayne and Shirley Crumley dated April 28, 1977 for a planned unit .development as provided in Section 10- 13-1 et seq of the 1975 Canton City .Code. for the territory described in .attached exhibit A in conformity with the development plan attached as exhibit B and the attached copy of the warranty. .deed by which the Crumleys obtained the property marked exhibit C, which constitutes the plat required by section 10- 13-5(C), be and is hereby authorized, .the plan to be completed on or before December 31, 1980.. SECTION 2. No special conditions or restrictions are required for the development other than complying with the proposed schedule set forth in Section 1 above. SECTION 3. That a certified .copy of this ordinance together with the attached exhibits shall be recorded with the Recorder of deeds, Fulton County, Illinois. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in effect from and after passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois., and approval. by the Mayor. Approved .this ~ r,~. day of 1977 . ...~.
