That the Dedications of Right-of-Way, substantially in the forms as attached hereto as "Exhibit 1" and "Exhibit 2," are hereby ACCEPTED and APPROVED. 2. That the Mayor of the City of Canton is authorized and directed to execute said Dedications of Right-of-Way on behalf of the City of Canton. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor thereof.
