That the Dedication of Right-of-Way, substantially in the forms as attached hereto as "Exhibit 1," is hereby ACCEPTED and APPROVED. 2. Upon proper release of any mortgages by the Bank of Farmington against the area described as the Public Roadway, the Mayor of the City of Canton is authorized and directed to execute said Dedication of Right-of-Way on behalf of the City of Canton. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor thereof.
