A copy of the ordinance, with an accurate map of the annexed territory shall be recorded with the recorder of the county wherein the annexed territory is located and a document of annexation shall be filed with the county clerk and County Election Authority. WHEREAS, the City the owner of certain territory, legally described as follows (hereinafter the "Property"): Part of Old Beach Addition, a Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 5 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Lots 9 through 20, the Common Area for Ingress-Egress, Utilities and Drainage, and that portion of Dal Bar Road dedicated for right of way purposes, all as shown on Final Plat of Old Beach Addition recorded November 7, 2017 in Slide 539 as Document No. 1778527.
