RE: 8027-02 - Electrical, Mechanical and Construction Services
Canton, IL Water Treatment Plant
Dear Mr. Mazza:
Attached are two copies of an engineering agreement covering electrical, mechanical
and construction engineering services in conjunction with the proposed lime storage
and lime slaker additions to the Canton water treatment plant. The construction
services were included at the request of your Mr. Raymond McKinney. Please
note that the design phase of this work will be done concurrently with the
structural work on the same project, which is covered under a previous engineering
agreement between the City and Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., dated April 9,
1981. Work under this contract will be done on a time and expense basis, with an
estimated upper limit of $19,000, which we will not exceed without prior notice
to the City.
This agreement supersedes our proposed agreement of May 19, 1981, which did not
include construction services. If the agreement is satisfactory to you, please
execute both copies and return one copy to us.
We look forward to working with you on this project.
Very truly yours,
CRAWFORD, MURPHY & TILLY, INC.
