an amendment to the tax increment financing TIF district redevelopment agreement by
and between the City of Canton and Frank Rusaj dba Elm Street Café (1ST Reading)
3. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a
redevelopment agreement by and between the City of Canton and Fuller’s Jewelry, Inc.
