Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance declaring surplus revenue in the Canton 1 - Downtown/5th Avenue TIF district special tax allocation fund and authorizing payment of that surplus revenue to the Fulton County Treasurer for distributi on to affected taxing districts on a pro rata basis for tax year 2018 payable 2019 (1 st reading) 2.
