Downtown/5th Avenue TIF district special tax allocation fund and authorizing payment of
that surplus revenue to the Fulton County Treasurer for distributi on to affected taxing
districts on a pro rata basis for tax year 2018 payable 2019 (1 st reading)
2. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance declaring surplus revenue in the Canton 2 -RT
9/Chestnut Street TIF district special tax allocation fund and authorizing payment of that
surplus revenue to the Fulton County treasurer for distribution to affected taxing
districts on a pro rata basis for tax year 2018 payable 2019 (1 st reading)
3. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a release agreement between the
City of Canton and the Henderson family regarding a burial and second interment rights
at Greenwood Cemetery.
4. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance authorizing the lease of municipally owned
real property located at 26046 North Lake Wind Drive, Canton Illinois
5. Discuss, consider and vote whether (1) the need for confidentiality still exists as to all or
part of closed meeting minutes or (2) that the closed meeting minutes or portion
thereof no longer require confidential treatment and are available for public inspection.
6. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a service order agreement with
