1. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance declaring surplus revenue in the
Canton 1 downtown/5th Avenue TIF district special tax allocation fund and
authorizing payment of that surplus revenue to the Fulton County Treasurer for
the distribution to affected taxing districts on a pro rata basis for tax years 2014
payable 2015 , 2015 payable 2016 and 2016 payable in 2017 (2nd Reading)
2. Discuss, consider and vote on an amended ordinance and economic incentive
agreement with RP Lumber (2nd Reading)
3. Discuss, consider and vote on a pre-annexation agreement between the City of
Canton and Kaitlyn and Steven Howard.
4. Discuss and consider the itinerant vendor and transient merchant (code 3-2-1)
license for possible updates/changes.
